Dreams - Dundee

Store was not busy, plenty of salesmen around, immediate assistance when I entered the store, salesman very helpful and knew his products. I have bought from you before so am an established customer.

Tommy was very pleasant and knowledgable which made the whole experience a good one.

Nick /Tommy were very helpful and there know Edge of the products were second to none..they went out of there way answering any questions we asked and they told us things anout the products we never even thought about asking.Would definatly recommend Dreams in Dundee to family and friends.

We were given a lot of time from Iain at the Dreams Dundee store. He took time to listen to what we wanted and gave us recommendations and then gave us the time to try them without him watching over us. We had our 18month old daughter with us and he gave her a balloon to keep her amused and chatted with her.

we looked at different types of beds and told the assistant what our requirements were. We looked at three different types and picked the most substantial one as it met our needs. the assistant spend time allowing us to inspect each bed.

Was very satisfied with all salesmen. Visited shop a few times to browse and there was no hard sell I could get help when required asked lots of questions which were competently answered

Stewart was fantastic, very knowledgeable, on hand to answer questions and give more information on the beds and mattresses on offer clearly explaining the different technologies & the varying options without being pushy or bombarding us with to much information. And the sales process was very quick, but never felt rushed, add on items were offered and deals explained though not forced on us. Having worked in sales previously I know it can be difficult to introduce these additional items, but it was all done very professionally and as I say efficiently. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Iain was helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. He made sure we got the right product for our bed and our 2 year old sons
