Jonny was very patient friendly making the whole experience- his overall demeanour literally sold me the bed. He was attentive and really listened to what I said . He also was not pushy and made me feel like he was actually genuinely interested in getting just the right bed for me .

Sales Assistant was so helpful (can't remember his name) and had a good knowledge of the products! Can't wait for our bed and mattress to arrive now!

Russel really grasped the relationship I have with my wife and was able to enter into banter, This led to a very relaxed visit to the store where we purchased a bed frame, mattress, topper, and also pillows . At no time did we feel pressured which would have had us walking out the door.

Dean our sales person was extremely helpful he helped ue choose the right mattress he took time and showed us a variety of mattresses that were suited to us

Tommy the sales advisor was very pleasant and spent a lot of time with us allowing us to try a few mattresses and beds and helping us to make the right decision without being pushy. We were offered tea,coffee or water to drink, Tommy was really welcoming and sensitive to our needs and we are confident we have chosen the bed of our DREAMS. We definitely recommend this store.
