Outstanding customer service, made to feel welcome and under no pressure whatsoever to purchase. All staff were very friendly and remember my partner and I when we entered the store again. Nothing was too much trouble and we ended up having a bed tailored to out specific needs. Could not be happier!

The prices were great. Sales staff friendly and not pushy at all. Let us browse and take our time without hassling us. Kieran was specifically friendly and helpful as it was our first time buying a mattress and he gave us alot of advice on what would suit us best. Very happy with the process and would be happy to go back in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional but not pushy staff. We were encouraged to lie on the beds & the assistant explained the differences between different types & firmness of the mattress. We thought that what we purchased was well priced & some additional discount was allowed for disposal of the old mattresses. Regarding delivery, we thought that 12 days was OK with confirmation of the approximate timing phoned to us on the delivery day. The disposal bags provided are a good idea from Dreams. Overall Dreams have concentrated on providing a high-quality service to their customers.
