Good staff who very understanding in what I was looking for.

Scott who dealt with me was very informative and explained the colour coding you have for your various mattresses e.g. firmness, value etc.

Sales advisor incredibly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable in all products took the time to explain in detail all products in all price brackets very happy

Because of the assitance who was very helpful in explaining all about the different kinds of mattress you could get

When we were entering the salesman was not pushy, giving us advice to find our ideal purchase. Allowed us try many beds for comfort. Allowed us time to talk together. Offered us refreshments, I would love a Dreams mug so please can I have two?. Nothing was a problem for Stewart. Nick the manager has a fantastic employee in Stewart so employee of the month?

Greeted immediately on entering the store in a friendly manner. Given time to look around at leisure having discussed what we were interested in and being shown where the relevant items were. Then personally helped to make a decision by the very friendly staff member who had greeted us. Once our decision was made met with his colleague who processed our order and arranged delivery and discussed cover for the items purchased. Friendly without being over intrusive - felt very relaxed and whole experience was excellent. Would ship there again definitely.

2061015520: Scott was very helpful, not pushy and offered the right level of assistance. He has an excellent manner and approach to customer care. I also noticed that the other sales staff were just as calm and collected. This was not the only store i visited that day (other retailers) and I did not get the same feeling. Keep up the good job Scott.

Scott who took care of us was quick to offer assistance but was not pushy either, he was polite and well mannered and easy to talk to which instantly put us at ease and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he took time to listen to what we wanted and did not try and push products on to us. He answered any questions we had and also advised us and helped us understand which products suited our needs. In all a very pleasant chap which made our experience painless and easy. The range of products in the store was excellent, it was clean and well lit, good shopping environment.
