The whole buying procedure was conducted in an efficient and professional manner and the staff were most helpful.

The shop has a welcoming feel. I was obviously observed by the salesman on entering the premises but was given time to browse before being approached. There was no feeling of a hard sell about his approach and any questions were answered with a direct answer and the feeling that he had full knowledge of the items I was interested in. On completion of the transaction the final feeling was one of satisfaction and a good experience with friendly, competent staff

Russell was very helpful and showed us a bed with sliding door storage which will be perfect for us and bring the beds within our budget

Iain was very helpful and knowledgable, he helped us make the decision at our own pace and left us to it when we just needed to focus on what was best for us. The offer of coffee was also appreciated (although not particularly practical with all the lying down we wanted to do). The price promise took the stress out of wondering if we had the right deal, with no need to shop around after 'using' Dreams to make the choice.

I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Russell & Nick helped me & I'm delighted with the choice that was recommended these guys new what they were talking about
