the dude i dealt with Tommy was a right laugh good guy you got there

we were welcomed by Russell in a friendly manner and directed towards the type of mattress and base we were interested in..he gave us a simple explanation of what the different colours of sashes on the mattresses meant and explained the price ticketing...he answered our questions clearly and it was no bother to him if we asked the same question 2 or 3 times..we have not felt so comfortable while shopping as we have today

The customer service was excellent. Stewart gave us plenty of assistance and time to select a product. Service was not overbearing or intrusive as with other stores and we were given honest advice on products.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Not hassled whilst looking around the shop although available when assistance required.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Tommy, nothing was too much trouble, in fact he went out of his way to be as helpful as he could be. Customer service as it should be!

Russell was extremely knowledgable about the various beds we looked at and understood what we wanted even tho my wife and I had slightly different ideas. He managed this while also answering my two boys many questions! We all left very satisfied with a new bed and a red balloon for my youngest. This was all nearing the end of Russell's shift so can't praise him enough.

I bought a bed and Steward was very helpfull he did everything he could to give as a good advice

The Assistant Stewart helped us and left us to decide what we wanted but advised which sections to try after using the colour schemes

The salesman Stewart was very helpful and catered for our every needs. We also got a nice cup of coffee!
