Highly satisfied due to Jonny the member of staff who guided us through the process from the welcome to the mattress choice and payment. There was no hard sell, he put us first and guided us to make the correct choice for our preferences. We had a figure in mind and got more than we intended to buy, but most of all purchased the mattress that fits our body and sleep. Having a Sharps sales desk in store was a great asset to. We purchased our last mattress 12 years ago from dreams, and it’s been great too. Just wish they still sold fitted sheets as they were the best.

Staff were very efficient and helpful whenever you entered the store but if you preferred to browse on your own you were free to do so but they were always on hand if you needed help or advice.
