met by stewart ,friendly lad explained the different types of mattresses . tried out a lot of mattresses with the aid of a super dooper pillow . stewart explained the products well and the different variations in price . was only shopping for mattress but touch advantage of the 0% finance and bought the bed and headboard as well as the mattress. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Dreams. The staff member who served me in-store took a lot of time to explain the different types of mattress and helped me choose the right one. He was also able to order the bed I wanted even though they didn't have it in the store at the time. Being able to choose my delivery date was also a massive bonus and I was kept well up to date with the expected delivery time.

Store manager Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful, very pleasant and not pushy, allowing us to take our time to select our new mattress, yet guiding us smoothly through the selection process to help us narrow down your wide selection.

Shopped in the Dundee store and were looked after by Stewart. He was very helpful and explained the products well, letting me try out the mattresses and giving me time to decide on the perfect one.
