The sales consultant was very helpful. We were specific in the brand of mattress we wanted and he was very knowledgeable about the different products under this brand. We were able to test the different mattresses and when we decided which one we wanted, the order process was simple and fast. The sales consultant also explained all our options in terms of finance etc. Very satisfied!

Iain came over, found out what I needed (a pillow) gave me advice, told me I was welcome to try them out on the beds, then when he was sure I had everything he needed he left me alone to make my decision. There was a good range and prices in all ranges.

I phoned the telesales number as I was in a real hurry to place an order and get a quick delivery of two beds to my daughters new flat. Sandy, Russell & Tom were all so helpful on product, availability, payment & delivery - they all made the process so easy.

Russell who sold the mattress to us was excellent, giving us information and being helpful but also stepping back and letting us try products.

I spoke to Tommy in Dundee and he was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and this made for a great experience. I had to change my delivery date due an unforeseen clash and Iain (same branch) was equally helpful. The delivery hasn't happened yet and I haven't actually seen the products however service and advice so far has been great - please ensure that you compliment the team in Dundee for all they've done so far. We were served by Tommy and he was very helpful advising us of different mattresses and allowing us time to try them. He also made sure that we had chosen the mattress for us by advising us to try different ones and going back to the one we had chosen. Tommy was attentive whilst not being pushy. We were also offered coffee on our visit.

Stewart gave us all info needed explained everything well

We were talk though out the showroom worked and them the saleswoman offered us coffee and detracted my children, which meant we could choose a mattress with out being pestered.
