Sandie the dreams assistant was courteous and very helpful at all stages of purchasing or bed

The sales person was there when we needed him but gave myself and my husband ample time to discuss our options. He was good at judging when he was need and gave very good advice plus he excellent knowledge of the products.

Helpful information given. Allowed time to think about decisions. Questions answered when needed. Assistants happily moved mattresses to matching bed based to check comfort with own base.

The assistant who helped us in store was extremely friendly and we felt very at ease. He did not crowd us and left us to try as many beds as we wanted to. Popping back to check if we had any queries. Tea and coffee were offered and gratefully accepted. We spent a good hour making our decision and had the staff changing mattresses and pillows all over the store. They all helped happily which made our visit a pleasure. Tommy at the Dundee store was professional and very helpful offering all the information we wanted. We were not pressured and found shopping at this store an enjoyable time.

Visited the store on two occasions while looking for a bed frame and mattress. On the first visit we were quickly greeted by a member of staff who took time to show us around various bed frames as we were still undecided. Once the bed frame was chosen, the member of staff allowed us to try various mattresses along with various pillows. He showed excellent knowledge of both the frames and mattresses and did not rush us while selecting. He arranged a quote for us, allowing us time to go away a think about it, which he completely understood. On our second visit we were again quickly greeted by a member of staff. She took the quote we had been given previously and was extremely helpful talking us through the process and arranging the finance option. Excellent service from both members of staff on our two visits.

We were met but not harassed on arrival by the salesman Iain, offered coffee and informed he was available for questions. We were then allowed time to explore the differing mattresses and Iain then approached us when we had narrowed it down to 3, returning when we had decided on one. At no point did we feel pressured, which I detest, more aware that Ian was keeping a friendly eye on our progress and there if needed. When we made our decision he accepted that we would go away for other shopping to think about it and very helpful with all the information and services available. On return 20 minutes later he remembered us, the options we had discussed and what we wanted with no further pressure to take more which is very refreshing!
