Customer service was excellent, quality of products was good,given as much time as we required.

We visited the shop on the Friday night. only an hour before closing. Sandie was excellent. She clearly has a very good understanding of the customers needs and excellent product knowledge. We tried out numerous mattresses before narrowing it down. Sandie provided Tempur pillows for us to try with the mattresses which we purchased immediately. (I did not include this £168.98 in the previous total). After receiving all the relevant info, we decided to sleep on our decision. A check online, revealed a cheaper price. I called in the morning and Sandie was happy to beat that price and as a result I also purchased the mattress protector. It was due to the excellent service we received from Sandie that we called the Dundee shop to place the order with her, rather than visit the local Perth store.

The person who assisted us, Sandie, was able to understand quickly what we were looking for and gave us a lot of advice in showing us the options available. Her colleague, Stewart, Also supported us and her and both were very formally and had an excellent sense of humour. Both these people were outstanding in their roles.

Although we were only in the store to browse the availability and diversity of products and the expertise of sandie the sales assistance to matching those products to our needs convinced us that we would not get better value or products elsewhere so we completed our purchase today

After explaining my specific needs I was shown a number of suitable items and given time to tryy them out and discuss which would be best for me.

Welcome to the store was brief and friendly. No breathing down one's neck but a casual enquiry now and again was helpful. Final conclusion of the sale was efficient and courteous. A good overall experience as I very much appreciate a soft sell.

Very enjoyable visit. Salesman explained everything thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble.
