The assistant was very helpful with the firmness guide. Was friendly and helpful with my daughter who was cranky and needs a drink and the bathroom she let us use the facilities and got her water

I was very satisfied with the service at dreams the staff were friendly and offer me a cup of tea the person that served me was Scott Reilly and that was at the Dundee Store I would shop there again

Stewart is a very personable salesperson. He made us feel very welcome and afforded us plenty of time to make the correct decision.

Our salesman Iain was very knowledgeable and knew what we wanted instantly. But more importantly he showed us what beds fitted our requirements allowed us to try out THEN LEFT US to decide. There was no pushiness or hard salesmanship. This was what we liked the most, as we hate being hounded and followed round the store. He stood back and allowed us to go to him when we were ready to place an order and if we hadn't he would have still thanked us for the visit. A great salesman

The sales assistant was very helpful and new what he was talking about, he made our visit very comfortable and explained from the start the different types of mattresses and bed frames. He was very pleasant in his manner and did not force us into a sale but guided us through the different types of products that were available.

The sales rep Ian was excellent in all aspects of our enquiry with his knowledge of what we were after thro to completing the sale in a very professional and friendly manner. The sales person Ian understood our needs from the outset and was very knowledgeable and both professional and pleasant. The sale was completed in a very short time and all arrangements were in place very quickly and to our satisfaction.
