The staff were very friendly also explained the best way to pay and comfort of our product easy to talk to and very friendly they did not hurry you in anyway you were able to spend time browsing and enjoying the luxury of all the nice products on display .

My partner and I were highly satisfied as your employee ( Russell ) came and helped us and pointed in the right direction on what kind of mattress we were looking for. He offered us a hot drink and we weren't felt rushed to browse for the perfect bed. He knew is knowledge on the mattress we choose and I'm satisfied with our pick. He went through all options on how we could purchase the bed etc.

When shopping for a new mattress Sandie was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to assist us in choosing the right mattress for us and we left extremely satisfied having purchased our new mattress.

I went in with 2 children aged 10 & 11 to buy them new mattresses and the shop assistant was excellent with the kids and guided them to the products we were looking for.

Stewart was very helpful in understanding our needs and very patient with our 4 yr old daughter

It was laid out well in store and the assistant was attentive without being over bearing

The young man who served me was called stewart. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me different styles and colours to help me decide which one to buy. He also arranged delivery and advised how I would be kept informed of the progress. I will be returning for some wardrobes next. Thank you dundee store
