Your store representative (Tommy) was brilliant. Very, but not over friendly. Seemed to know his product well. Asked who it was for and then showed a number of mattresses in different price ranges. He then left us on our own to make our choice. He was then available for any questions. Not pushy or hovering close by. Just what we expected from a good sales person. Would certainly use Dreams (and Tommy) again. Well done.

Found just what we wanted and at a very good price. Salesman was Stewart, very friendly, couldn't do enough to help and even made us a lovely cup of tea. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service from the store manager, Nick. We were offered coffee and Nick explained the variety of mattresses available for our needs. He was able to spend time with us and was extremely professional in his approach. We were also impressed by the selection of mattresses available in the store.
