We got all our questions answered. We were able to get more information from staff and sleep machine. Able to try different mattresses which we were recommended. Tommy wasn't pushy and left us to try and speak and make a decision

Assistant Jonny was very helpful explaining all the differences in the beds that i tried and always maintained social distance.

Assistant very helpful. Offered refreshments while deciding - e.g. Water, Coffee. Also he gave us space to decide what we wanted - nothing worse than being pressured by overzealous employees but was quick to advise when we needed it.

We weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for in a bed or mattress but were given all relevant information about products. We were also given important information about delivery and how long we would have to wait and about extended warranty/ cover. We were also offered bottled water which I thought was a nice touch.
