Dreams - Dundee

We were approached by a member of staff when we entered the shop. He gave us an explanation of the different types (colour codes) of mattresses that were in the shop. We didn't feel pressured at all during our visit which can often be the case when furniture shopping. Overall the staff member was friendly, knowledgable and listened to what we were looking for.

Nick was very attentive he made us feel comfortable with trying out our new mattress. He was a most pleasant and helpful rep and it made our visit very enjoyable

Very Helpful and efficeient service

While my wife organised the purchase of Sharps Bedroom wardrobe I took a wander round the store and came upon the Berkley range of wardrobes. An assistant called Tommy immediately approached me offering help. He was most courteous and took the trouble to show me all variations of the product It was a pleasure to have such a helpful assistant and I had no hesitation in purchasing a Berkley L1 wardrobe.

I visited the store twice, the first time to look at the range of sofa beds and the second to purchase. Staff were very attentive without being pushy which was a contrast to the other stores on the retail estate, I was offered coffee and given time to decide. I have purchased from Dream before, so knew to expect good service.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff (Russell) who enquired if he could be of assistance. When we told him we were looking for new mattresses for our adjustable bed he showed us the Dreams range and explained the colour coding on the beds. He then showed us to the Tempur booth where he gave us suitable pillows for our trail on the Tempur adjustable bed while watching the informational video. We were also given a lovely mug of coffee to enjoy while we relaxed. Once we had finished in the Tempur booth, Russell explained various options that would be suitable for our bed. We tried 3 different mattresses before making our decision. Russell then explained the Dreams Comfort Exchange policy and guarantee before placing the order for our chosen mattresses.

To begin with I did not understand how the store worked, in regard to layout. A very helpful member of staff explained the different types of mattresses and showed me the colour relation to firmness. I also found the employees knowledge of which mattress suited how I slept, and made helpful recommendations without coming across as being pushy or aggressive. The employee also gave me time to process all information given, as he gave me some information then gave me time to think and try some of the mattresses, then returned and gave me more information to narrow down my choices. When I had made my choice of mattress, the staff member explained clearly all the extras that were available that would be needed with a new mattress, such as; types of pillows, mattress protection etc. I found the whole experience enjoyable any will shop again at Dreams.

Very helpful salesperson took time to listen to our needs, the option to try out different mattresses and choose best one was excellent.

On entering the store, it was bright and well set out. The assistant Iain asked if I wanted assistance in a friendly but non abrasive manner. I did want assistance immediately and his pace of delivery re the procedure we would go through was absolutely perfect. Quick enough to keep it interesting but slow enough to realise how thorough he was about to be
