We are repeat customers, we previously bought Tempur Products. We required a mattress this time, Russell was very friendly & product knowledge was to a high standard. No hesitation in recommending dreams to friends & family. We were looked after very professionally & the politeness of the staff in the store also.

Lady ( Sandie) listened to my requests and showed me a few different possibilities and we talked them through - didn't feel as if she was just offering me the dearest options she covered all the options and prices and spent time with me

We were approached soon after we arrived and we were very impressed with the knowledge and manner of Russel the salesman. Very encouraging and not at all pushy, which we very much appreciated.

The store assistant Sandie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spent time with me answering all my questions. The store manager Nick was also very helpful and answered all my questions.

Our Dreams assistant that helped us (Stewart) was fantastic, from the moment he introduced himself, he was friendly, understanding of our needs, gave us information when required and gave us our own time to decide based on his technical knowledge and our needs, offered us refreshments and explained the colour coding system in the store and even got us our own pillows based on our needs to use whilst trying a variety of beds. From explaining the different types of beds, to payments to technical requirements to giving us free time to decide on our own he was top class. We actually spent 2 and half ours in store, that is way more than we would usually in any store, but due to the service being provided and the the cost and importance of a mattress that is best for us and feeling totally at ease within store this was time well spent. As already said a fantastic experience and will very highly recommend to all I meet, icing on cake was when Stewart overheard I was in the forces and advised on 10% discount offered by Dreams, simply put I will always use Dreams due to this experience, thank you Dreams and particuarlly Stewart in Dundee.
