Explained what I wanted to Tommy the salesman and he went out of his way to show me what they had available in the store. There was no pressure on me to buy and I felt listened to and was given the time to try out the different mattresses in the store.

Iain, who assisted myself to choose my mattress was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the products and took time to ensure I was taking the right product home. He was friendly and easy going making the process easy and talked through everything From the guarantee to the intrest free credit. Extremely satisfied.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure from them for me to buy.... They never pounced on me as soon as I entered the shop, but at the same time they were readily available when I needed their help and advice. I really liked their relaxed approach to sales, whilst all the time remaining professional. They were in Jo way intimidating or false.. I found them to be very sincere, normal guys...
