Dreams - Dundee

This was our first visit to Dreams, having spent time in two other bed shops. The salesman, Iain, was by far the most knowledgeable and was very helpful and friendly. He gave us time to ask questions and to make up our minds without any pressure.

IAIN THE SALES REP. WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND HELPFUL , CAME IN TO LOOK AT BEDS, BOUGHT ONE PLUS BEDDING,PILLOWS ETC. WHICH I HADN'T PLANNED TO BUY, SO THANKS IAIN ROOM LOOKING GOOD

I was attended to by Sandie who was extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements

We were given time to look around the store before being approached by the assistant who then proceeded to tell us about the price structure, the colour coding and if we would like refreshment. We were invited to then try out each bed we liked when we were satisfied with our choice Stewart the assistant then explained all the procedures open to us,.when he finished we then placed our order. We would like to say that Stewart was very friendly and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to shop with dreams

The sales assistant was very professional with his knowledge and manner a true gentleman. When answering all my questions and needs to make sure I bought the correct purchases for my medical needs, the sales assistant was very patient and made sure I was one hundred percent sure before I decided which items I would buy. The sales assistant was not pushy nor was he after a quick sale. I was very impressed with the service I received

He gave us ample time to ask questions and to make up our minds about the items we wished to purchase. He even encouraged us to return with samples of our bedroom accessories to match up with the samples of the materials for the headboard.

Stewart was very helpful and took the time to go over the different products with me.

everything about the whole shopping experience in Dreams was excellent. Can not find fault with products or staff engagement. More than helpful and knowledgeable . Was also able to encourage my sister in law to buy a bed from them due to my experience.

Staff were welcoming

The customer service was excellent,the delivery was prompt and we were phoned of time delivery would take place. The shop itself felt very relaxing, it was a pleasure to shop there. We found the salesman ever so helpful and polite, it was our pleasure to have been serviced by him. A real credit to your company. We wish him and Dreams every success in the future.
