We visited over two days and the assistant was very helpful and friendly the service was excellent and helped us make sure that our choice was the right one for us

On arrival to the store we were approached by Tommy (Thomas). We explained what we were looking for and he quickly showed us what he thought would suit us best and in our price budget. He made sure we were comfortable when trying the beds by supplying us with pillows and showing us the matresses. Tommy explained the make up of the different matresses and helped us pick the best one for us. Tommy was a great help and brilliant sales advisor and would recommend his assistance to anybody.

The ranges and choices available were second to none. The staff member explained everything to help us narrow down our choice to find the item we wanted. Staff member not pushy and took time to "walk" us through everything. We came in just to have a look to get an idea of what was available but left buying what we wanted without a thought of going anywhere else to check prices etc.

Very attentive and knowledgable staff. Clear explanations given and a choice of delivery dates given during the ordering process.

Excellent service from Iain again. Didn't feel pushed into a sale at all and he helped me select the best mattress to suit me and my budget :)

We were given time to browse before being approached by Russell who then advised us of our options once we had expressed what we had in mind. We were shown which mattresses would suit our needs and given incredibly good pillows to help us decide which mattress would suit our requirements. While being left to try a range of mattresses Russell went to make us coffee (delicious and very welcome!) On return he went through all of the different products and answered every question that we had and explained the pricing and how it all worked. We went through various options of base/headboard to go with our chosen mattress and also advised us on choosing bedside cabinets to go with our choice, making sure we were happy with slight colour variations on our chosen products. All done with a smile, good humour and a lot of patience! We were in store for well over an hour making our choices and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any time which was like a breath of fresh air compared with our visit earlier in the day to a competitive store where very little interest was shown in what we wanted! We will be recommending Dreams to all off our family and friends.
