Russell was extremely knowledgable and professional. We arrived with our two kids and he was making them laugh and let them draw while we could test out the beds. It was a a great experience Thank you

I saw the item I bought on line in the store as you did not have the sofaBed in stock I would rather have seen it in store but I'm sure it is what I wanted

My husband and I were served by Iain today who took time and patience to explain the advantages of each bed. We tried and retried several beds for comfort before deciding on which one to purchase. The sales assistant was friendly and most helpful.

Store was really clean and well laid out. Staff were great and gave us enough time to look and weren't pushy with sales. When we were ready to order we had no problems or delays and Iain was amazing during the entire process - we were even offered a tea or coffee whilst we waited, even though there was no delay at all. Very efficient and very helpful.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. He questioned my needs and highlighted all possible options and prices. He pointed out the location of the stock and swiftly dealt with the order.
