I believe that good customer service really makes a difference to a shopping experience. The staff were very helpful in store. I also placed An order over the phone and I found the staff very helpful. It makes a difference if you have the right people in the right job.

A member of staff greeted us almost immediately and explained the layout of the shop and the fact that everything's colour coded so to choose the colour of my preferred mattress type, which I found very helpful. I was also given a coffee to enjoy while browsing. The variety of products was excellent and so I was able to get exactly what i wanted. I was very happy that I was also given some time and space to lie down and test the beds as I was hovered over and bombarded with questions in the previous bed shop I browsed. Thanks to this, and the fact that the member of staff I dealt with was very approachable and knowledgeable, Dreams gave me a far superior shopping experience and I'd highly recommend them
