Have bought from the store before and always very satisfied with the service

The service received was first class and the knowledge of the representative was very good.

Staff were very focused on making sure I chose the correct bed and mattress for my needs. Staff vere very polite and helpful at all times.

The sales assistant; Tommy, was very personable and efficient. He gave us accurate and honest advice and made the shopping experience much more bearable (my girlfriend couldn't decide!).

Iain was friendly and very knowledgeable, whilst not being in any way pushy. The service was really excellent in helping choose the right mattress for my son, taking into account his back injury.

Great service. Friendly not pushy. Allowed time to think and make my decisions without pressure. Great information and welcome to try for as long as I liked or needed etc.

I was very impressed with the attention given by Nick to my wife's special needs and the trouble he took in finding the most appropriate bed and mattress. He took the time required to find out what she wanted and would suit her. His product knowledge was impressive as was his manner and customer relations. The sales advisor could not have been more helpful. Made us feel very important and understood all our needs.

The cheery shop assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy. He demonstrated a real awareness of our needs and talked us through the options available. We were given time to consider our decision which we were able to do over a very welcome cup of coffee. While the mattress we purchased cost more than we originally intended to pay we left the shop satisfied that the one chosen would best serve my wife's medical condition. I cannot rate your service highly enough.
