We knew what we were looking for, but staff very helpful.

Stewart was there to assist us the minute we walked in the door and help us decide the right bed and mattress to suit our needs. He also supplied drinks which was a great touch.

Dean was so helpful and went above and beyond to find out what product would suit us best. I wasn't expecting to find something right away as it was the first store we'd visited, but Dean made it so easy that we bought it then and there. I paid more than I was expecting to, but I'm really happy with the deal we got. I'll be telling everyone I know to use Dreams from now on!

We were attended to very quickly by a professional friendly but respectful assistant (Dean) on entering the store. Dean understood what we required, set us up on your "bed matcher" and explained the process being very reassuring throughout. He then patiently showed us the recommended beds and took time answering ALL of my questions. I liked that Dean was very helpful and knew the products. He did not push us to buy on the day as he understood that we needed time to decide which bed we wanted to buy and consider the price for a pretty expensive investment. Had he been pushy or seemed perturbed that we were not willing to purchase there and then we would have gone elsewhere. We hate pushy sales.

I bought my first, for me mattress and I was so clueless to say the least on what I needed but thanks to my sales advisor Scott who walked me through every bit of my decision making. He explained in detail what I needed to know about the mattress plus I got to use the sleep match machine which was pretty cool and I also scored what can only be described as the best pillow again thanks to Scott who knew what I needed I left the shop one happy girl excited for my new mattress to arrive. Great service all round.
