Upon entering the store was warmly welcomed by Tommy. Whom on approach did not come across as a salesman but someone who wanted to understand my needs offered me all the services available without being pushy. Fantastic experience and he is a credit to your company

I found the member of staff at Dreams in Dundee to be very courteous, most informative and knowledgeable about the products I was looking to purchase. He gave me ample time to make my decision which item to guy and time to test various Mattresses. When concluding my transaction and doing the paperwork he was, very friendly and we talked and passed the time of day and about life in general. A most helpful and friendly gentleman. Staff member took time to understand what we wanted, then gave us a chance to make our minds up and try some products. No hard sell but friendly and efficient

to walk into a store knowing nothing about beds stewart was very helpful and very informative in explaining about mattresses which finally helped to make our purchase.
