They had a wide range of bunk beds for our boys to try out and were very friendly especially when trying out the mattresses also. The prices were a bit on the high side though if you want quality then you have to pay for it.

The range of products available was the best we had seen in all the stores visited and with some assistance found the bed and mattress which suited our needs, very quickly

Iain who we dealt with was great he was attentive but also gave us time to look around on our own without being on our shoulders all the time like some salespeople are he checked we were ok and offered useful information at regular intervals and was very knowledgeable

The assistant that helped us (Iain) was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He gave us clear and concise answers to questions we had and clarified our understanding as we went through the purchase process. Spending £4000 on a bed is a major investment and one we feel confident was spent wisely and will not regret due to support given He made us feel at ease from the moment he offered his assistance. All staff were friendly and gave us space to look around before approaching us to offer help. Many stores still have staff "pounce" as soon as you are in the door. Store was extremely clean and flooded with light and the Latte was a very welcome added bonus. You should feel very proud of the staff in the Dundee store. They are a credit to your company.

The sales assistant Iain was very friendly and was sympathetic to my husband's ans my disability and went over and above to make us comfortable. We were very impressed.
