The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in-store. He listened to our needs and gave us valuable information about what was on offer for our particular requirements. When we informed him that we wished to take some time before committing to this purchase we did not feel pressured into a quick sale which we very much appreciated. While Stewart made us aware he would like to help us purchase what we were looking for at no time was he pushy . This made us feel more at ease and more likely to finalize a purchase from him. We contacted Stewart on arrival home, after re measuring our bed, and he was extremely helpful and took our order over the phone going through all the details regarding our purchase and delivery etc. All in all a very pleasurable experience and we would be more than happy to recommend your Store and services to anyone, we will certainly be back in the future.

Found the experience highly satisfing because the shop assistants came over when we entered the store explained the colour coding of the mattress, how the shop was laid out, but didn.t breath down your neck. left us to browse but came back to ensure that we didn;t have any questions 2 or 3 times throughout. Were very pleasant & friendly answered any of our questions. Took their time & explained everything as they were going through placing the order on line.

Staff very friendly and helpful as lady I brought into store for a bed was 90 years old. Also all staff had a sense of humour (thank goodness as they were having to deal with me!). This is sadly lacking these days in other stores!

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly with out being pushy,this made me more likely to but from them.All in all a very good experience, would certainly return in the future.

Excellent service over the phone, provided an option for quickly getting new mattresses that we had not considered. Friendly store staff were able to direct us to what we needed, explained the options, worked through the paperwork and then loaded it into the car. 2 students arriving the following day and no mattresses - in short you saved our bacon !

We were attended to by a young man called Scott who was extremely helpful and answered all our questions . Encouraging us to try a few bed before making our decision . Also other members of staff very friendly .
