Lovely sales assistant helped me find the perfect bed for me, I was offered drinks and given a full run down on my options after explaining what I was looking for! I came away feeling great about my new bed and mattress!!!

Iain at the Dundee store made the whole process extremely easy and comfortable for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable, whilst not being overbearing at all. Tbh, after our previous unpleasant experience at a competitor's store, this purchase was probably largely down to Iain, albeit he was backed up with an excellent product.

The 2 men that helped us were friendly, knowledgeable, and made what I was expecting to be a stressful experience, very easy and somewhat enjoyable!! We were in to get new mattresses for out 3 children, who were with us and can be a handful, but nick and Stewart took.it in their stride, not bothering when the kids went from bed to bed, and interacted with them asking what they liked etc. We were offered cuppys aswell which we refused but was delighted to be offered!

On entering the store we were met by Russell who enquirer if we needed any help. Russell suggested I take a pillow of my choice and try out the beds. Russell left me to try the beds being under no pressure and asked me to call him back if I needed any assistance. Russell advised me on different mattresses and I was very satisfied with the one I had chosen.

Was going to order on-line but needed both a bedframe and mattress and wanted to check that both would be delivered at the same time. Couldn't find an answer on your Web site so rang in. Person I spoke to (Iain at Dundee store) was really helpful and though this wasn't possible as different suppliers and lead times, he told me he would be able to postpone delivery of mattress which had shortest lead time - I just needed to ring him when bedframe delivery date was advised. I went ahead and ordered by phone. Iain followed up with an email confirming order and a 2nd to remind me of lead times. Subsequently, Iain rang me the next day to advise that there was now a new procedure whereby the mattress would be held and the bedframe would be delivered to your site and then both items would be delivered to me together. Very happy with this.

Served by Stewart at the Dundee store. Excellent customer service, very informative and helpful. Made the process as easy as possible. Would return simply due to his service.

Assistant was very helpful. Talked through all the options and was very keen that I should get the product that was most suitable for my needs.
