The Store Manager was excellent.

Friendly helpful staff who made my experience hassle free. I was made to feel welcomed and given a refreshment of my choice. The member of staff was patient with me helped me to understand all the combinations colour codes that helped me to choose which option I wished to purchase. I was very satisfied with the service.

Phoned the store on 16/09/17, after visiting the website, spoke to a salesperson called Iain and was politely guided through my enquiry. This resulted in me visiting the store on 18/09/17 - again I was met with great professionalism, by the same person and invited to "try out" the mattress I had enquired about. What impressed me was at no time did I feel pressurised and after taking my time to try out the product I had no hesitation in concluding the purchase. handshakes all round and I felt I had paid a fair price for a good product.

Iain, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and encouraged me to try mattresses which I wouldn't have looked at so that I could compare them appropriately. He was very friendly and took time to ensure I was buying the correct mattress. He also gave us space to try them out. 10/10 for Iain

I knew the bed I wanted but was unsure of mattress and was highly satisfied with the salesmans knowledge in getting me right bed for me.

The gentleman who served me was most helpful, knew his products and was able to process my order efficiently. he was also friendly.

The assistant Scott was very polite and help full and took his time explaining the product to us a very nice person and dedicated

Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything well and make it a very easy experiance.

Staff all seemed very friendly & knowledgeable about beds. Salesman was very patient with us explaining all the different attributes of the various types of mattresses etc. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee, but declined not because we didn't want one , but at our age we didn't want to stop on the way home ! It was a lovely gesture though

There was lots of choice and the friendly staff were helpful and the process of placing the order was made so easy
