Iain in the Dundee store was very patient and helpful, we had 3 children with us and he helped keep them busy with paper and coloured pencils. Everything was explained very clearly and the process was made easy.

Good evening. I had Iain. He was very professional. took a time to show the mattress and asked me to lye on the bed and try to feel if the bed was comfortable. Which it was confortable. He asked me if I need anything else such pillow and mattress protection. Ian told me I will get a phone call next week on Wednesday. The people will come to delivery the bed and the mattress. To be honest He was very good. He give the extra miles. You do not see this all the time. I will come back again. Bravo
