The gentleman who was the store manager was very helpful. we were looking for a Ottoman bed that would only be used occasionally and initially thought the cheapest mattress however, once we tried this we knew it would be the wrong decision. He directed us to a good value middle of the road mattress after showing the most expensive. the middle of the road was the one we settled for., delivery we wanted delayed for an extra week or so and this was accommodated without any problems

We were very satisfied with the knowledge of Ian at Dreams Dundee and the service he and his colleagues provided. We had researched the bed and mattress that we wanted to buy online so went to the store to test them out and make the final decision. The process was quick and easy and we felt like we were given all the information we needed clearly so that we could make the decision easily. We were also given coffees and a seat while we went through the details for delivery and putting through the order. We look forward to our bed and mattress arriving.

Dear Sir/madam A weeks ago my wife and I began the challenging search for a new mattress for our newly purchased bed. We went to various stores throughout the tayside area and after this we realised that there was only going to be one specific store we would be going back too. The reason for this was not just due to the fact that the quality in the product was more sufficient, It was due to the fact that of your employee "Iain". Clear product boards at end of each bed was very good and useful. Colour scheme on products was also very good allowing you to quickly identify the product of choice.
