We are always impressed that Nick the store manager remembers us following our first visit over 3 years ago when we purchased our tempura bed. The visit today was to buy new mattress protectors and bed linen. Nick spotted me looking at these items within a couple of minutes came over to say hello and enquire about what I needed. He told me about the range on offer, selected the items I wanted and carried them to the cash desk. He offered my husband and I a coffee. We felt valued as customers and that Nick sets a high standard of customer service for his staff to follow. The products are of good quality and have a long life. Great value for money. I have bought cheaper bed linen in other stores that are a poor fitting & quality. I now always return to dreams & recommend the store to friends & family.

Was given ample time to try out different mattresses to my specifications , salesman knowledgable ,polite , non-pushy with the sale. Over all a really good experiance.

Tommy was extremely helpful and patient with me whilst I was deciding what I wanted. He made me a coffee toowhich was very welcome as it was 7pm.
