Store was friendly from when we entered until we left.

No pressure sales, very helpful assisstant

When I entered the store I was obviously looking around ,when I was asked if I needed help .I replied that I was looking for a mattress softer than the one I was using at home .Recently developed some hip inflammation problem and felt I needed a softer mattress .Having been shown and tried quite a few at various prices I decided on the Kendall which was in my need and price range .Now waiting delivery

We were Please with the service we received Iain was very helpful even offered us coffee while we browsed around.

Assistant very knowledgeable, helpful showed us all we were looking for took time to explain not just what we were buying he also suggested other products. He explained the details of our purchase and returns policy

Ian Wotherspoon was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product we purchased and talked us through the procedure thoroughly.

The advice and assistance we were given was excellent and helped us make an informed choice. We had planned to visit a number of stores but after going to Dreams first we purchased straight away.

My experience was highly satisfied about the knowledge of the staff and helpful advice we receive. The information that was provided to us giving the questions (maybe even weird at times). The service we got in order to buy our bed. I like that we not force to buying anything that we did not want plus understanding our need.

We got what we were looking for at a good price.
