Russell was a lovely Salesman. Very genuine and interested in our needs. Price was great for Flaxby mattress. Extremely careful with social distancing and sanitising. Very impressed indeed we were.

Scott, store assistant who dealt with us was highly knowledgable about products we were purchasing. Was friendly and very professional. Made sure all our queries was answered and explained. Very positive visit to store.

The assistant was chatty, friendly, showed he was experienced as I didn’t know where to start! My 13 year old is very happy and looking forward to his new comfy double bed! Thank you.

I was extreamly happy with the service at dreams, I initally went in to purchase a bed for my brother coming to stay with me, I ended up treating myself to a new bed also. I attended on the bank holiday which there was a sale on, but i also was given a military discount due to being in the armed forces. I was greated by jhonny, and then nick the manager came over and asked if we needed any more help, they where very knowledgble and offered refreshements throughout. I was given alot of attension i felt i had there attnesion through out. Great atmosphere in the place, the workforce all had a good laugh with me, and nothing was ever an issue, even though I kept changing my mind on the matress, i was still given there time. I would recommend the Dundee store to anyone wanting to purchase a new bed or enquiring, by far the best sales team I have came across, all knowledgeable and great to be around. I have told my family who are going to attend in the next year or so when it comes to renewing there bed. Thank you nick and jhonny.

Scott really went above and beyond what i expected during these difficult times and was able to provide me with excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge to help me select a mattress for my new home, his advice to help my sleeping habits has seen me have an excellent nights sleep for the first time in a long time.
