Assistance available quickly but allowed time on our own to check out various mattresses before making decision. Assistant very polite, helpful and friendly without pushing for a sale.

Scott the salesman was very helpful , wasn't to pushy but never rushed us. I think salesperson's should be more like that , nothing worse than getting hasled as soon as you walk in to a shop.

Great buying experience! We lay on a Tempur mattress and initially didn't like it. Our Sales Assistant asked us to try one out for 5 minutes and came in with a cappuccino each for us. No hard sell. Very good advice. Very knowledgeable. Gave comparative prices. Let us try different pillow strengths as well. Advice on sleeping comfort.

The staff were very friendly and not overly pushy. The store was very clean and was laid out extreamly well. The staff also accommodated children and gave them hot choclate while we placed an order. Overall the person who dealt with us was brilliant, he knew his stuff and was very courteous and professional throughout. This individual is a credit to dreams.

We were helped from the moment we entered the store without being harassed. The assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to assist us in choosing the right mattress for our needs. He carried out the paperwork very efficiently and it was completed fairly quickly.

Visited the store and approached a worker called Iain and he was very helpful throughout looking for beds and mattresses, we also got a cup of tea also which was nice.

The salesman Stewart Petrie was very helpful. I was buying bunk beds and 2 mattresses and he was very helpful in helping me to find the mattresses I wanted. I had already been into the store previously and seen the bunk beds I liked. He is a good person to have on your sales team

Went there undecided to buy or not to buy, because of the help expertise and time spent in picking the bed and mattress made my mind up to buy.
