Dreams - Dundee

We were delighted with the whole experience of shopping for our new bed in DReams Dundee Store. Well thought out way of using colour coded beds to help you find the support your looking and saving time. Welcomng, well trained and knowledgable staff throughout the store. A really good shopping experience which resulted in the purchase of our new bed.

Stewart was very helpful and friendly. We were not given any "hard sell"

the store manager Nick was able to give very detailed information to allow us to make a decision we were happy with,

We were given sufficient time to sample and discuss the products that we were looking to purchase. We were given advice and a thorough explanation of the features of each product so that we could make an informed choice. And, we were not given a "hard sell" approach. The mattress that we bought was one of your more expensive choices but, at no time, did we feel that we were pushed towards this. It was as a result of our experience of trying out mattresses of various types and finding what was most suited to our needs.

The gentleman helping me - Tommy - understood my requirements very quickly and showed me some suitable options. I had no difficulty choosing a mattress thanks to his help.

Assistant was very helpful and had great knowledge of all the products.

Most helpful and attentive

I am 84 and Nick the gentleman who assisted me in choosing my mattress when very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs as I suffer from arthritis! I did not feel rushed at all. Nick explained about each mattress and was patient. I was made 2 coffees and made to feel I not just my order was important. I enjoyed shopping for my mattress so much that I decided to by a bed frame as well .

Tommy was very friendly, and understanding that I had specific needs - cheap bed & speedy delivery due to mother being discharged from hospital. went through various frame and mattress options with me. The 2 delivery guys were really chatty while getting on with their work, wore shoe-covers to keep the house clean and took away all their rubbish. good experience all round.

The sales guy was really good he answered all our questions and had good product knowledge
