Being recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia was the main reason for a new bed. The staff were extremely empathetic towards me along with great knowledge and understanding made our experience fun, enjoyable and very tireless. Sandie made us try out all the mattress until we were sure which was the one for us. Demonstrated her knowledge on the tv bed that we were purchasing. Advised us to have all that was needed to keep our mattress protected. Over all experience was excellent could not fault the store or the staff.

Staff were very friendly and offered myself and my daughter a cup of coffee on a cold and wet day and it was very nice.

Stewart was extremely helpful and polite. he gave us the right balance of advice and privacy to allow us to try beds and discuss them, allowing us to make our purchase with no pressure. i was very happy with he service.

Staff attentive and listened to requirements. Not forced to look at most expensive, or cheapest, items. Differences in price, quality etc all explained. Not rushed into making a decision. Excellent service all round.

Iain the shop assistant was really helpful and knew alot about what he was talking about and this was proven when he understood our needs and was able to show us to a mattress that suited us best and was very comfortable. He also explained the terms and conditions for store policies on the 30-40 day return like a chief also the guarantee and exactly what it covered. Excellent pillow selection and brilliant explanation of why each pillow is different. Would highly recommend this store to family and friends also anyone who is looking to purchase a bed.
