I visited three other stores and your salesman Stewart was very professional and knowledgeable, his pleasant and very polite manner and extensive product knowledge made me return to the store and purchase your products. An excellent employee and a credit to your company.

I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The Dreams colleague working with me (Scott) was incredibly helpful and let me try suitable pillows as well as mattresses to make sure my choice was the right one.

The store assistant Tommy was very helpful and fully assessed our needs before giving recommendations, he was honest and friendly, his product knowledge was great and helped us make an informed decision on our purchase. We were in the store late in the evening and Tommy did not rush us in any shape or form even though the store was soon to close. It was also great to have the offer of refreshments when on site which many other stores do not offer.

From the initial call to the completion of the order Nick was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The availability of the items we wanted was discussed and it was easy to place the order.

The choice of mattress is extensive and Stewart had the perfect approach of being attentive without being pushy. His knowledge of the products gave us peace of mind in making our selection and he gave us all the time we needed to compare the mattresses.

Myself not knowing what mattress was for me. I never knew so much goes into picking the right one for me. Staff helped. Very patient, didn't look as though she was bored or fed up. Was very enthusiastic. Very well pleased, first shopping experience at Dreams for myself. Would definitely use again in the future.
