The staff were very friendly and informative, they answered all our questions and gave us confidence we were purchasing the right bed.

The member of staff at the Dundee Kingsway store, Iain, was fantastic. He was very helpful, took time to understand what I needed and was not forceful or overpowering at all.

The assistant was very knowledgeable on the product, very patient did not try in any way to be pushy, he was patient, and explained everything in great detail. I would certainly ask for his assistance again his name was Ian.

My wife and I were looking for different things out of our matress. My preference was a firmer matress and my wife a softer matress. We were both looking for better support for our backs. Nick at the Dundee store was able to provide us with a variety of options and we were able to finally settle on a matress that met both our needs. We also bought new pillows and Nick was again able to give us various options and aid us in finding exactly what each of us wanted.
