Assistant was friendly very helpful and nothing was a bother to her.

I was greeted by friendly staff straight away and offered tea/coffee. Staff then asked if they could help, I told them I was looking for an ottoman bed frame, which they then pointed out to me and left me to look for myself but said they were there if I needed any assistance. I found a frame I really liked, the sales person was able to answer any questions I had, and checked availability and delivery dates for me with no pressure to buy. I decided to purchase, and was given information regarding delivery, recycling my old frame, assembly of the new frame and the guarantee. Purchasing the bed was an easy process too, and I was pleasantly surprised at the price for all that was included.

Store was well presented on entry and was greeted at the door, after a small browse i was approached by staff member Sandie who spent time with me chosing the right colour of bed and then testing all the different mattresses. The order time was quick and i was able to get bed delivered on the day i wanted.

The assistant who helped me, Sandie, was knowledgeable of the products, offered professional advice and had a friendly approachable attitude. She let me experience several products which helped me to decide on the final product which suited me best.

The salesman who greeted us was understanding & advised products that would suit us without being hard sell ! When we needed advice it was given then left to try out until a decision was made .
