After trawling the shops and becoming overwhelmed by beds, mattresses and what I wanted, the lovely Iain helped me simplify things for me, broke them down so I knew what was important to start with then take it from there. He gave me as much time as was needed and gave me space when needed also. He was very understanding and was able to read body language and gauge how I felt about certain products without having to ask. Up till today, this process has been a very stressful event for me, but with reassurance and vast knowledge of products and how to tailor them to each customer, I finally felt at ease and able to make an informed decision and find a full bed set that fitted all my needs and was very comfortable!

In ammater of minutes of entering the store , i was approached by salesman who i told what ii was looking for in a divan bed without mattress or headboard and he immediately showed me the range according to my budget, i liked what i was shown and agreed to buy the divan bed in my choice of colour which was another unexpected surprise . all in all i was only in the store less than half an hour and left the store satisfied i had made the right choice with the helo of the salesman and the pleasant surrounding of the store. looking forward to the delivery of the item now soon.
