Helpful assistant but not pressurised into making a sale. Given sufficient time to consider purchase nd try out various mattresses.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Stewart who was very helpful throughout.

Store colleague was very helpful and friendly.

Stewart was very friendly helpfull and knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured while making our decision.

Overall experience was very helpful and a honest individual answered all our questions.

We were shown about show room and helped out with what we were looking for. The sales asssiatnt Stewart was very helpful and friendly.

The store manager I placed the order with was extremely knowledgeable not only with product information but also assisting and directing on-line. The delivery guys arrived on time were courteous, efficient, on time and very helpful.

I was attended by Stewart and he was very helpful. I did have an idea what I wanted to purchase but still had a few queries which he was able to answer to my satisfaction. This enabled me to choose the most appropriate mattress for my needs. He was very informative and encouraged me to try the mattresses that I was interested in, allowing me time to make my decision. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried along. Excellent customer service.

its on about the custumer service which is very effecient and polite ro talk too..very acommodating staff.

I felt that the service was extremely good, I wasn't pressured in any way and the assistant had the relevant knowledge and experience. His communication skills were extremely good.
