Dreams - Dundee

Our assistant was very good at listening to our needs and offering us different options to suit our needs at a reasonable price. He offered us good advice, as we were not sure on the right thing to get, so he talked us through pros and cons of different beds and mattresses. We went home satisfied that we had purchased a number of things that we have been needing for a while with a manageable payment plan

Sales man Tommy was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. The mattresses we were shown were extremely comfortable

Sales advisor Stewart(Dundee Kingsway Branch) was professional and patient with us throughout our visit to Dreams. He introduced himself and explained the process of finding a suitable bed including doing an analysis on the 'test bed'. What was most appreciated was that he had a calm and confident attitude and did not come across as pushy like in other stores where their sales people appear to 'attack like vultures' which is very off putting. Stewart gave us the opportunity to take the time and space needed to test the beds we felt most comfortable and listened to our individual needs without feeling pushed or rushed. I would like to thank him for that and for providing a positive experience with Dreams.

On entering the store we were immediately approached by Jonny, a very friendly and approachable member of your sales team. He was extremely helpful in helping us find the right product we were after. He offered us water if we required it also asked if we would like to have a pillow for testing the beds. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional , he made us feel extremely relaxed with all aspects from product selection through to the purchase. A real asset to your company.

Dean from your Dundee store was great with me and my girlfriend. Was first time buying a mattress in person and we didn't know what to expect. He let us try your bed machine which determines what was best with us then he let us try out a lot of different mattress and explained them all along with offering us beverages. He made us feel very welcome and helped us choose a great mattress where he set up a mattress on finance with us. I don't usually leave reviews like this but can't think of a better experience than the one Dean gave us with how welcoming and great he was with us, so I'm excited for our mattress to arrive.

We were highly satisfied with the care and attention we were given from Stewart,his knowledge and friendly attitude made our visit very easy.
