Friendly, prompt attention when I arrived in the shop. A good explanation of how customers are helped to choose their mattress was given to me and I was not rushed in the process of trying out the colour coded mattresses with my pillow! I had a nice cup of tea while I was doing so!

It was good shopping experience, the staff were very friendly & helpful and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase our bed. We think it would be helpful for customers to see the costs for assembly & removal of old bed should be displayed, otherwise it can be misconstrued that it is free. The cost seem reasonable so why hide them?
