Store assistant very friendly & helpful. Good knowledge of the bed & delivery process, very flexible to fit in delivery with what suited us best. Great offer on pillows when purchasing bed.

Staff were very helpful in explaining differences between all products and helping make the right choice. Was also offered coffee and a video demonstration of a bed.
