Hamilton, was very knowledgeable and understanding of my budget. He allowed me the time to choose a product and told me clearly and concisely the benefits to each product. This resulted in a further purchase of a mattress protector, 2 pillows and a 8 year coverage. My original budget was £600 and I was more than happy paying more for a quality product. Great salesman.

Customer service was excellent and questions answered immediately and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the best things we were not pressured into any purchases.

The service I received in your Dundee store was second to none. The gentalman who looked after me was very understanding to my needs. The only problem I had was that I needed my item delivered sooner than you could deliver. However I managed to arrange to colect my purchase from you warehouse.
