The member of staff (Tommy) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I never felt he was trying to sell me something I didn’t want. He took time to ensure I had made a good decision, and was happy for me to take my time considering things. He gave me his contact details, and gave me what I felt was a good deal overall. He couldn’t have been more helpful really.

Our Sales advisor Hamilton couldn't have been any more helpful. We were shown a wide range of products range from low to high price unlike other shops where you'd be shown the highest price first. Hamilton was very accommodating and made the whole experience a joy. He even entertained our boy with a balloon while we tried out different products. Customer service was excellent. We purchased our last bed and mattress from Dreams and returned as we were very happy.

The assistant Stewart was very helpful and did not try to sell items of a higher price that you were not interested in. Very helpful and caring to my mother of 70.

I was pleased with the knowledge of the assistant and the politeness. He left us with time to look around and try the mattresses and only pointed out what was suitable for our needs.
