Russell was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us water when we arrived even though we may not have ordered and when we did place our order he gave our son books which he was delighted with.

The sales assistant helping (Stewart) was very helpful. I was seen to quickly and he was professional and to the point. I got a bed that I liked and the delivery time was what I needed.

The assistant , Russell, listened to my requirements and was able to offer advice regarding different options available to me. The price and delivery date offered suited my requirements. Russell dealt with the whole order in a pleasant, knowledgeable manner.
