Customers service was excellent. We were offered coffee and shown all the different products in store from your colleague (Tommy). He asked what my needs were and gave me information on the relevant products.

I was very impressed with our experience at Dreams, Dundee. The assistant Stewart, listened to what we were looking for; advised what was available and the best way to find out what was the best mattress for us and he gave us time to walk around the shop on our own, although always checking that we were comfortable in doing so.

Stewart was knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision without rushing or pushing us. He also gave us time to really consider our purchase.

The person who dealt with us (Tommy) was extremely helpful. He gave us help when we asked, time when we needed it and guidance when he felt it was appropriate.

Russell who served us was great, he explained to us all the diffrent types to help us choose what would work best for us.

Staff were very friendly, in particular Stewart who helped us. He was very knowledgeable, gave us time to shop around and we didnt feel any pressure at all. He was also very honest when explaining different products. Great customer service.

As soon as my wife and I walked into the store Hamilton greeted us and put us at ease his knowledge of the products was excellent as he went over all our needs from frames to mattresses to pillows explaining everything in layman’s term I can only say he made our experience so enjoyable and gave us the confidence to buy a bed which suited us.i would recommend him to anyone thanks for the experience .

HI I WENT TO DREAMS WITH my mum she was needing a new bed we saw a nice wooden one then we met Scott. Help my mum to pick a bed the one she wanted didn't come in a single,we were offered tea and coffee I had a seat while scott and mum WENT looking for a mattress she was very happy with what she got,mun was very please with Scott and all the staff . Stewart, our sales assistant, was excellent. Supremely knowledgeable, excellent wit and superb customer skills. Price was good, experience was excellent.
