the assistant Hamilton in the dundee store was so patient,really informative and gave me plenty time to think rather than being pushy like a lot of assistants.I would definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends.

Said what we wanted. Got advice. Picked a product. Very efficient. No waffle or pushy sales pitch.

Both Stewart and his colleague Tommy were attentive, when Stewart showed us both the bed range and mattresses he explained in depth how best to make choices.

The salesperson Stewart was attentive and at the same time allowed is space to make sure that we made the best choice

The service I received from Hamilton was excellent. Everything was explained to me and he made sure I was happy with my purchases. I had been in 2 days earlier and not given the same service from the advisor on duty that day.

I found a bed straight away that i liked but i needee help with finding a good matttress. Your employee Russell was very helpful and explained to me the different colour coded mattresses and to try out each one with a pillow until I found the one that best suited me. He then showed me the section with my choice of mattress. He was very polite and chatty and offered me a cup of tea while I was in store. Great customer service from Russell. Overall I was incredibly happy as I left store.

The staff member was very helpful without being pushy for the sale. He was happy to let us browse but was on hand if I had any questions. In other stores sales staff can be quite overbearing to get the sale. The staff member knew his product well and was able to answer all questions in a friendly manner.
